8. Reporting & Analysis¶
Scenario 8.1: Report: Backorder List¶
This report shows the sales order lines which are in the filter. The possibility Show Lines Ready to Ship Only filters the lines which are ready to ship, which means the Reservation status of the line is green.
Scenario 8.2 Report: Demand with Insufficient Reservations¶
This report shows the (filtered) document lines which aren’t completely reserved. Default the filter options are set to Reserve = Always, but the user can change this.
Scenario 8.3: Item Inventory Factbox¶
The factbox Item Details is extended with new fields to see all the necessary information. This factbox is added to the Item Journal page, the Physical Inventory Journal page, the Purchase Order page and the Requisition Worksheet page.
Scenario 8.4: SKU Inventory Factbox¶
The factbox SKU Details – Inventory is added to the Requisition Worksheet page in order to have more detailed information.
Scenario 8.5 Reservation Entries page¶
The Reservation Entries page gives you a complete overview of all outstanding Reservation Entries in your company.
The page comes with a subpage where you can view the opposite Reservation Entry of the selected Reservation Entry.
It also includes some default filter views and you can always add your own. Of course you can enable the Analysis Mode for further investigation.
