Reservation Rescheduler¶
Do you want real-time grip on your logistics at all times by linking supply and demand? That means using hard reservations is needed. When creating an order, you can use the reservation function to immediately see if you have (free) stock available for the desired delivery date when you use Reservation Rescheduler.
If there is no available stock, but an incoming goods flow does arrive (such as a purchase order), this flow is claimed for your order by Reservation Rescheduler, and sales can see this immediately. If Reservation Rescheduler decides there’s insufficient stock on the desired delivery date, the order line will turn red, notifying the user some action is needed to deliver this order.
Reservation Rescheduler also integrates the assembly order and production modules in a comparable manner, reserving stock and highlighting problems. The Dynamic Date feature keeps the dates of reservations between supply and demand in sync, without manual handling and/or breaking off the reservations. With Reservation Insights you have a complete overview of your order on one page, showing the aggregate state of the reservations on the header, including a previous date indicator, and a demand confirmed indicator. A subpage is available for the Sales Order page, showing the Sales Order Lines and of course the reservation indicators for those lines.
